How to use the Hand Rollers
Place it between the palms of your hands
and simply roll your hands in opposite
directions. Start with light pressure and
see what feels best for you.
This is a good position for the top
side of the fingers and hand. It can
help loosen the fingers and joints.
Practice working all areas of the hands and wrists to find the tender spots - then work these out gently. For those hard to reach places you would want to use the rounded end.
How to use the 3 Stage Foot Rollers
Start with the most narrow part of the roller, it will stretch, soothe and
|help relax the foot, while it gets the circulation moving and can feel
nice, do this for a few minutes, as it is preparing your tired feet for some deeper work.
The final stage of the roller is the ridged area. For deeper work this is the part of the
roller you want to use. It is especially good for the ball of the foot. It is specifically
designed for the ball of the foot, getting in between the bones and loosening that area.
By moving from one part of the roller to another you can get a very effective treatment and the most benefit. The whole purpose is for this to be an enjoyable experience. No other roller on the market can accomplish all of this in one.
Standing is the most effective way to use the roller. However - if you are more comfortable sitting while using the foot roller, it is easier way to apply the appropriate pressure for you!
Next, use the middle part "ball like" area of the roller. This works deeper into the foot and can find those tender spots. The key is to work gentle at first. Be sure to stay inside your comfort zone.Type your paragraph here.
